Nothing Better

There is nothing better than a good massage... the feeling of your muscles being pushed and pulled, elongated and made to submit to relaxation.... the deep seated tissue massage done by a sports masseuse or physical therapist through to a deeply relaxing hot stone massage, designed to make you melt through the bench.... each type has its own unique time and place to feel good but regardless of which one, I love everything about receiving a fabulous massage..... oh, and I'm not too bad at giving them either!!
