am currently in a relationship with a guy that, for the most part, treats me like ****.
And I know this...but yet I keep forgiving him and taking him back. I know he's not marriage material if he remains the way he is now, so why am I still with him?
I keep telling myself that he can change--that he'll get better. And subconsciously I know I'm just being naive, but then I still stay with him.
He doesn't do anything for me...I know he doesn't deserve me. But I still love him. WHY!?

I just remember when I was with an abusive boyfriend he kept telling me that if he left me no one would want me. After a while I thought it was true. It was when I met someone else who cherished me as a friend that I noticed that I wasn't happy when I heard my boyfriend's voice when he called. I really didn't even like him. This is some point that you have to reach before you will leave. You might know that he isn't good for you... you need to KNOW that he isn't good for you.
