I Have Known Him For Four Years..

I have never told him that. I am inlove with him.I have been flirting with him and telling him about me throughout the years :( today I found out he has a girlfriend *cry* the people at the liberary care so much about me :( but now I am stuck in a rut :( should I tell him how I feel ? Keep it secret and try to be friends with him :( Give up on him completely ?

      I am getting over him :/ if I tell him how I feel he will just say he likes me as a friend and already has a gf :/ why would I want to be heartbroken again ? My mom says a guy is staring at me at Church :) ( I hope he is hot !!)
