Oil Pulling, More In Depth

Oil Pulling is simply using a pure or cleansing oil to help detoxify the body of impurities.  This was something used by the Native Americans.

By swishing oil around in the mouth for 15-20 minutes, you "pull" infections, viruses, bacteria (harmful only), and many other bad things from your gut.  Do like you would with mouth wash, only much much longer.

One must do at least 2xs a day for at least 2 weeks, but you should do everyday, if you can - longer than 2 weeks.  At least until the "spit" is clear.  The longer you do, the better your body gets clean on the inside.

When you first start off, the oil will be milky white, i suppse.  Some gross off yellow or white if you do it right.

It helps with bad breath, gum disease, and over detoxification from the gut and liver.

Oils that most folk use are:

  • Castor --- kills absolutely everything but AIDS/HIV, do not swallow this oil in large quantities, it can kill you, induce labor, etc.  Nothing can live in it, not even AIDS, but it won't kill all of the strands of the AIDS virus in anyone's body before it (castor oil) kills the person. ---- i myself, take about 2 tablespoons of castor oil at least once a week as drink.  that's how it was used in my family, everyone drunk this at least once a week, but not when oil pulling.
  • Sesame
  • Olive
  • Peppermint
  • Sunflower
  • Canola
  • Coconut
  • Tea Tree or Melaluca --- i have never head of anyone swallowing this one.  but, it may kill.  Castor oil is better and safer.
  • Sassafras
  • Garlic

````````````````````````
Also, one could do the same without using oil.  Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Honey or Royal Jelly, ACV or any other vinegar, Yogurt (because of the enzymes and that it makes it's own peroxide), hydrogen peroxide, aloe vera, lemon juice or even grapefruit juice.  Ginger root tea, Tumerin, and many more..
Another thing folk should remember is, please don't swallow, but if you do it comes out the other end.  You're just swallowing dead toxins, but they will be redigested.
Oh, and be sure to gargle it, not just swish it.  And, phlegm will continue to come out of your mouth for some days - pending on the person and how much filth is on the inside of their bodies.
Good post. I have heard of castor oil being used of everything from colds to toenail fungus and almost everything in between. Plus, it is really good for stomach ailments and certain chest ailments that vinegar might be used for(vinegar rots the teeth). It can typically make you "run" to the toilet often(make sure you use the bathroom 2 or 3 times, then eat 2 peanut butter crackers so the diarrhea goes away) or make you vomit(happened once if my memory serves me right). It tastes bad, but it isn't nearly as bad as eating badly cooked chit'lings. It seems to clean the body of toxins, germs, and things that have thrown your body into disarray. I've even heard of it being used in rubs to fight conditions like ringworm and others. Read up on all of its purported uses. What a product that The Lord Jehovah, my Heavenly Father has made!
Garlic is something that I use often, too. I heard that it kills a lot of the things that castor oil does orally, but it might be even better at killing microterrorists(have used it to kill germs in cleaning the sink before washing dishes) and castor oil seems to be better on the outside of the body. Castor oil seems to be better on stomach and chest ailments; while, garlic lowers the blood pressure. Unlike what many say about garlic, its odor fades quickly if eaten in powdered form--never used the cloves. Garlic might even be rumored to kill HIV/AIDS if taken right, but it's been awhile since I researched it. Therefore, I cannot be for certain about what is claimed about it as far as HIV/AIDS. Check it out on the uses; God again made a really super product! To God be the glory!
i am totally going to try this! I have become obsessed with oil lately, trying to make sense. I pretty much have eliminated all but evo and ev coconut oil, which is love. Canola oil, frankly from what i've read, seen, heard, deadly. But i have a brand new jar of harvest bay coconut oil and i'm off to give this a try. THANK YOU!
