I Am Good Enough

his is one thing that I need to do and HAVE to do. I'm now starting to get some self confidence and believe in myself, but it is soooo hard.
I've always worried about what people think of me or what their saying about me and now after ALOT of therapy I feel as though i'm just starting to find out who I am. The hardest thing is distancing myself from people who have put such mean and negative thought in my head since I was a child, mainly my parents.
Now though I can challenge them thoughts and people and say 'I am good enough'. I respect myself so much more and if anything i'm proud of me, I never thought I would say anything like that!
I approve of me now no matter what and if anybody else doesn't then thats their problem.
