My Evolution

My love of anime started with Pokemon. I loved how it was more realistic-looking than other cartoons, but at the time I didn't realize it was anime. Then I moved up to Yu-Gi-Oh!, and somewhere around that time I figured out what anime is.

My older brother introduced me to my first "real" anime, Yu Yu Hakusho. I was obessed with it. I drew the characters constantly, over and over. I made a fan character and and a fan comic. Eventually, I grew bored of it, though it's still fun to watch every once in a while.

I continued to draw, of course. I came up with my own characters, my own style. And I began to explore different series. I went from liking five or six different anime/manga to thirty-one series, not counting the ones I liked before.

I am still as much of an anime artist as I ever was, perhaps even more so. <3
