The One That "hooked" Me...

I've viewed Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations over the years (and some of his other programs and specials), but the one episode that really "hooked" me was his trip to Beirut where he and his crew were just going about their business of filming a nice Travel Channel show and a conflict broke out.
I originally saw him as a pretty loud, brash chef with an ego, but this episode showed him as more of a "human being," and I mean that with nothing but respect.
This episode (from season 2) is an example of what great television can be.
