I had pet rats and in one cage the exercise wheel SQUEEKED !!! IT WAS HORABLE! SO IDECIDED TO GREESE THE THING W BACCON GREASE.... I FIGURED IT WAS NONTOXIC. The rats started knawing on the metlle the NOISE from that was worse than the squeeking..... I had to throw the wheel away....
