Delicious...And Healthy Too

i love bananas! they're awesome when you're craving something sweet. they satisfy the sweet tooth, but they're also good for you! not many foods you can say that about. something i love to do is take some cereal (especially something flaky like special k or total), and add blueberries, raspberries, banana slices, and skim milk. it's delicious, filling, and good any time of the day...and you don't have to feel guilty about eating it. plus none of it costs much, so you don't have to go broke putting together a healthy treat.
