Living In The Mountains

When I was younger, living in the city was so important, being close to theater, sports activies, fine food establishments, etc. Somehow though, as my life progressed, that all changed, I fell in love with the country, not completely isolated but enough so that I could hear the birds every morning, not have city lights and the stars being more visible at night. Some people may consider this boring but not me, love it, especially since I work from home and actually have time to walk in the woods, go on an afternoon hike in the summer. I still desire at times to catch a good broadway performance and because of my work, have that opportunity to visit larger cities but always come home to the country.
This place is a wonderul area to dream in, to let my thoughts flow. Most of my neighbors are great, we look after each other, am blessed for where I live one could say. Taking time to express myself on EP, share who I am, what makes me tick and what I am passionate about. Hope to make many friends and encourage people along this journey.
