Taking It Easy

I love being naked; I'm not sure why I decided to try being naked, but I do know that I started sleeping naked in high school, and I've not worn anything to bed since. That might have led to my interest in being naked since, when I lived alone, I wouldn't bother to put on clothes at breakfast.

I have noticed this...no matter how stressed I get, being naked helps me to relax and be content. I just feel more comfortable and more free.

Most of the time, I'm naked around the house, but I have been naked in public (on World Naked Bike Rides) and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Works for me, though I have the advantage of working from home most of the time, so the only suit I need for work is my birthday suit! :) It's a much more relaxing way to be, and in the middle of summer, it's more comfortable and saves money on laundry and running aircon. :)

I heard it said this way once....." Its like when you come in after a long day on your feet and kick your shoes off....only all over". I too have found it to be highly stress relieving and relaxing.

Being nude is the ultimate in freedom; from clothes, worries or anything else!
