was lucky enough to visit the Ben and Jerry's factory a few years ago. It was such a neat experience! All of their ice cream is made in one tiny plant. They make just two flavors a day. I highly recommend checking out their website story "How Ice Cream is Made: From Cow to Cone" (http://www.benjerry.com/fun_stuff/cow_to_cone/) It shows my favorite paret of the factory the Spiral Hardener. Nifty!
Ooo and I can't wait to try the new Crème brûlée flavor! How amazing is that going to be??
