Several years ago a frind of mine was very interested in having her breasts lactate. This has been a natural occurance for me for as long as I can remember. I was blessed with very large nipples that were always sensitive to any stimulation. My friend found a site where she could purchase pills from a pharmacy in Canada that actually increased her bust size & made her start lactating. It started with a M & I will try to find the name for you. There is a cream advertised on this site that sounds very promising... I think you will lovehaving him nurse you- it is an incredible feeling! Good luck & happy suckling...

Depending on what kind of pill you're on, the Pill can inhibit lactation (if it's a high estrogen pill especially). No, you don't need to be pregnant or ever have been pregnant; the hormone responsible for lactation is produced by the pituitary, not the ovaries (even women who have had a complete hysterectomy can lactate with a bit of effort). Nipple stimulation is the only real way to lactate without pregnancy (regular nipple stimulation that mimics both the action of a baby and the schedule of a nursing baby is essential), though there are herbs and medications that can assist in raising prolactin levels to help with the process. Good resources: kellymom.com (pretty much all of the information for nursing moms would apply to any woman desiring to nurse), landofmilkandhoney.com, and stargatelibraries.com (although some of this is a bit too 'New Age' for me, there is some good information on inducing). Good luck; you're very lucky - I was the one who was reluctant at first but with gentle encouragement and the support of my SO, he and I now have a wonderful and tightly bonded relationship. All the best to you in your efforts.
