For me writing is the pinnacle of artistic self expression. Some paint, some compose. In my heart there is the scratch of pen on paper & the click of keys.

& to my mind no does it better than Conor Oberst. No one.

So many people dislike him immensely. His connexion to hipster culture certainly does not help in that regard. But honestly I would give a kidney to be such a talented wordsmith...
