My Smartest Cat

I've been owned by many cats over the years starting when I was 2 years old. One of my most beloved is no longer alive was so smart that I could write a book about all the things she did.
One story was when I tried to find a place to put her catnip where I wouldn't forget and she couldn't get. I decided the top of the thermastat on the wall where nothing was below for her to jump on would be an ideal place. Ha! I watched as she eyed her route and planned her way to her favorite treat. She jumped on the radiator cover two windows over on the joining wall. She then jumped onto the microwave cart that was between the two windows. She than carefully managed to perch herself on to the window next to the wall where her treat was. That window had a built in air conditioner with nothing below for her to stand on. From that tiny ledge of she flung herself to the thermostat and swiped the package of catnip knocking it off and down to the floor. after all that hard work and arocobatic effort I rewarded her with some of the catnip. I then seached for a new place to put the treat.

Cats have a keen sense of smell. Especially for catnip. We put ours in the refrigerator. So far it has proved to be cat proof. mini
