Home Made Chinese

I just love Chinese food. The best is when its home made. That way you can control what goes into it. Its also a whole lot healthier for you. That is the plus side of home made Chinese food. I just wish I had a recipe for great chow main. That is what I love the most. So if any of you has one. Please feel free to share it with me.
