Williamsburg, Virginia!!  The BEST Chocolate Chip Pancakes I have ever had - hands down!  It was a tradition when I was little!  We would spend a week in Williamsburg every summer - Colonial Sites, Plantations, Tours for the "us kids" (those are fun if you ever go!), shopping (they didn't have the outlets then - just the cute shops in Merchant's Square), Busch Gardens, this awesome Italian Place with great pizza, the Colonial Restaurants and MAMA STEVE'S HOUSE OF PANCAKES our last morning!!

They were only open for breakfast, and sometimes you had to wait a long time to get a table BUT it was worth it!!  I give it 2 thumbs up!!

**** Special Note:  It all of a sudden occurred to me that this is a rather ironic story for me to right following right on the heels of my last story in the group: "I Don't Want To Be Fat Anymore!"  ROFL ****

    Argghh!!!! Thanks a lot!! You've got me craving. I gonna have to go to bed early tonight so I can get up earlier tomorrow and stop for a stack on my way to work. :-)

    Grins.....I make these for a special treat once in a while. I find that I am also trying to loose weight and if I treat myself to icecream and sweet treats like this once in a while I do not crave them so much....:)
