hocolate covered strawberries were the only thing that I INSISTED be served at the wedding! I was so NOT a Bridezilla - but I was also so definite on this one point with the caterer!
The funny thing - I didn't get ONE - no, not one strawberry during the WHOLE reception - well, except for a taste of wedding cake - I didn't get any food period!!
My one big piece of advice (and if I had it to do over again I would) - have a sit down meal at your reception - the only way you are going to eat or have a chance to sit down and relax with your groom!! (I am a professional wedding director - trust me - this is the ONLY way!)
I was so hungry by the time we got to the hotel room, I was gobbling down cold chicken fingers while my husband was in the bathroom changing - his first words, oh, so romantic (LOL), "you smell like chicken!"
But I just had to have those chocolate covered strawberries served at the reception! People SAID they were delicious!
