I Have Found A Way To Have My Chocolate And Eat (drink) It Too!
I have been a serious chocolate
addict from as young as I can remember. Right now I'm five weeks into the Curves diet and I have found a way to have my chocolate fix every day without sugar. I add up to a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa (mixed in hot water) to my daily Curves vanilla shake. It's bitter so it tones down the sweetness of the shake which is also good because I really don't need my sweet tooth woken up at this point. So far this seems to satisfy me for which I am very grateful!
