Ah, Sweet Chocolate!

I love chocolate, all kinds of chocolate - milk, dark, 80% Cacao, It's all good. Just don't give me the cheap waxy kind.  I love this organic dark chocolate with lavender flowers in it. That's a fantastic combination!

When you use lavender flowers in anything culinary, you have to use it sparingly. A little goes a long way because it can overpower what you use it in and become bitter tasting.<br />
It doesn't taste flowery, used sparingly, it is subtle and heavenly. I make lavender ice cream in the summer and my daughter in law begs me to make more!

Iv seen lavender hot chocolate but have always been wary of it tasting flowery. Whats it like?
