IT Is Good For You!

Do not sweat the chocolate thing.  1/4 oz. of dark chocolate a day....I'm telling ya makes life bearable without blowing your diet.  It improves contractibility of the heart...relaxes blood vessels(lowers blood pressure)..provides valuable antioxidants (for all the other naughty things you ingest)  PLUS and likely ,all we really care about...raises serotonin and dopamine making us feel verwy, verwy good.
