Chocolate Mmmmmmmmmmm

It can be cold where I live, even though it's in the Mediterranean, and in spite of the fact that whereas the rest of Europe they had tons of snow, here it just about rained.  But houses are not insulated, so you feel  the heat in summer and the cold in winter.  So at night I love to brew some chocolate, dark thick swirly choloclate, to drink slowly from a large mug and hold with both hands to warm them from the cold.  I've been trying different recipes, to get one particular drinking chocolate which makes you go - mmmmmmmmmmm aaahhhh.  So far I haven't yet got it right.  Any suggestions!?

Many thanks Radiant, I'll try getting hold of some Giridellis. This may take some time but it will be worth it.

Giridellis. Did I spell that maker correctly? Well that company has the best drinking chocolate in the U.S. that does not cost you the family inheritance. <br />

Sometimes I add a little more Giridellis powdered chocolate than the recipe called for and use some real cream and a touch of honey. YUM!
