Classic Rock Helps Me Connect With My Dad

My dad is an emotionally reserved engineer and it can be difficult to hold a conversation with him. Fortunately, he inculcated a love of classic rock inside of me and it enables us to connect better. One time, I gave him a CD containing many of his favorite artists and he almost started crying with joy. And this is a very shy man I'm talking about, here! I'm grateful to classic rock not only because it has an amazing sound, but because whenever I listen to it, I think of my daddy.

    I think that is one of the reasons I'm friends with my dad. I was just wondering if you have ever listened to a vinyl record?

      I haven't, actually! I've always wanted to, though. I heard the sound is much richer.

      I have over 50 records. ihave a turntable that only costs $30 the only con is it only plays 33 rpm records.
