I have to drink coffee. I drink it any time and it doesn't matter if it is day or night. I can drink a pot of coffee and sleep like a baby. No, I don't drink decaf either.

  Decaf for wimps !! the stonger the coffee the better I can also drink it any time but some would say it makes my bounce off the walls

I also need that first cup in order to get going.

I used to worry about that, but I have seen so many medical studies about the benefits of coffee in moderation that I don't worry any more :)
