I Changed to Tea

I hope by doing this, I get more energy and lose weight.  I have some theories about coffee after studying about it.  Will have to see what happens before writing the results.

So how is it going? The tea exchange? I should be on this list as I run on caffeine. My youngest son is coming for a visit and I've been cleaning and planting my garden like a mad woman. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to move today but so far so good. I was making myself double lattes yesterday and just flying from pillar to post. The house actually "looks" clean if you don't open up certain closets.I've been telling myself for over 30 years if I just did a little every day everything wouldn't get so out of wack but who am I kidding. It's always a roller coaster ride. Clean then it starts to slip and then it descends into the nightmare place where I just look at stuff and think not now, it's certainly not going anywhere. I married into slob haven. My husband is the real thing. I don't think he's comfortable unless he is engulfed in clutter. Anyway back to coffee. How is it going?<br />
Personally I usually start with coffee to get things working and switch to diet tea for the rest of the day. As you can well guess I don't get allot of sleep.
