Fresh Ground French Pressed

6 table spoons Caribou mahogany and 6 tablespoons Caribou Obsidian corse ground in a burr grinder.  12 cups water at 90 degrees C for 4 minutes then press and serve.  The smell of the fresh grind, and the flavor is spectacular.  total time to make is 5 minutes and worth every second
