I Love Cold Showers

I travel a lot on business - different time zones. Sometimes it's hard to get going in the morning. A cold shower solves that in an instant. Far better than coffee. Makes me feel alive! I do it even in the winter. I love that glowing feeling you have when you come out. Sometimes I feel so warm inside I have to go back in for more! If I ever have a warm shower, I always finish off a shower with a minute or two of icy cold water. Then I'm ready to start my day.
