Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Wash and cut the stalk end off your little Brussel Sprouts!

In a large bowl toss Brussel Sprouts w/ Oil, Salt Pepper, Garlic Powder

Turn your oven Broiler on HI - have oven rack in the middle of the oven not right up close to the element.

Put Brussel Spouts on flat cookie sheet, broiler pan.

When the Brussel Sprouts start to blacken pull them out and turn them over with a spatula on the pan. If you're worth your salt you can get them to roll around on the pan to the right side... DON'T SPILL THEM... Once the other side begins to turn black they are done.  

Even if you have a few that look like blackened heads of cabbage, those outside leaves will peal off to reveal a delicious tender oven roasted Brussel Sprout!!

DELICIOUS!!! Eat as is, or add any desired sauce, or dressing.
