Depends On the Country

Scotland, India, Argentina - yes! Great countries, great music. But American country music, on the other hand, is an abomination, an unapologetic celebration of the Neanderthal lifestyle.

That's a way to get soar.

And with such lofty aspirations...

A fine chap, a little cheeky though.

Oh, right. He must have been the one who played "Chaps." ;)

I think that was his brother, Frank Stallone, the butt of so many jokes.

"Tango and Chaps." Wasn't Sylvester Stallone in that?

I've heard those gauchos have plenty of swagger.

a good old Argentinian Tango - and chaps?

Even I like that song. I don't "get" opera, I confess. Love Clapton though, saw him 3 times, twice recently and once in the Medieval era - with Cream. He can spank a guitar!

LOL. I hadn't heard that one yet.
I'm an Opera fan myself. And classic rock. I'll take Eric Clapton over willie Nelson any day. Although there are a couple of Johnny Cash songs that I do like now and then... and it burned burned burned, the ring of fire.....

I love that one. Hey - how about this one? Q. What's got 40 eyes and 7 teeth? A. The front row of a Willie Nelson concert.

What do you get when you play a country music song backwards?....
You get your dog back, you get your truck back, you get your wife back...
An old joke but a memorable one.
