The Darker The Better

Chocolate is luxury.  It still is in many parts of the world.  Good chocolate is rare.  Some countries produce it.  Switzerland and Belgium have the very best.  If it is the work of a skilled artisan, the result can be stunning.

 

As a kid I loved white chocolate.  Maybe it was even more exclusive than dark chocolate in those days.  Anyway, I preferred white and black over brown.  With the years my taste (and the chocolate) changed.  The white was too sweet and I converted to black only.
