Dim sum is a real treat when prepared properly. It's hard to find good Dim Sum here in the midwest. I guess I was spoiled by having great Dim Sum readily available when I lived outside of San Francisco and none I've had here even compares.

    Ya have to be there. the smells, the ambience, the taste of the awesome dim sum. Special.

    Holy Crap!



    The fact that they even have it in the midwest shocks the hell outta me! Here in So Cal, we have a very concentrated Asian population around... Fantastic! But a "local" really helps!

    I don't doubt it, but Las Vegas doesn't have a history of Chinese multigenerational Dim Sum chefs as does S.F. I'll take you there someday.
