Relaxation Time

I find that by dreaming it eases a lot of extra stress and tension for me. It is an escape form this busy and at times cruel world of society. A place where I can sit back, relax and let my mind take me to that quiet place I really love to be. My dreams usually consist of nature. Any where in nature, the mountains, forests, waterfalls every place I find peaceful and relaxing where the animals roam freely. There is nothing better than to be able to have these dreams...unless I'm really there.
