Excercise To Live And For Health

43 members and not one story or experience shared? What is up with that?

I love to excercise. When I exert my body, either when doing strength training, resistance training, stretching, or my favorite, cardio, I feel very alive. The familiar ache of sore, tired, excercised muscles comforts and consoles me and lets me know, I am alive.

When I get into my endurance training mode and am burning calories galore, I also reap the benefits of increased health, feeling better, feeling more, able to take on all challenges and also keep up with those around me.

Get up and join in the experience called life. Don't sit back and rot, get up and live.
