Colours Of Emotions

It’s so interesting to look at someone’s eyes and see the colours swirl around. That’s what I hate about taking to someone online and not being able to see them. I’ve been brought up to look someone in the eye when I speak to them, but I don’t do it because I have to, I do it because I want to. The happiness, the sorrow, the longing, the lust, the pain, the anger, the love, the faith, the joyfulness, the confusion…. It’s enchanting. But it also helps to understand that person better because you can’t just see how they feel, you sort of, feel them too.

Some are an electrical blue, a colour shocking at first sight. Someone else’s of Azure, cobalt blue, cornflower blue, cyan, ice blue, indigo, lapis lazuli, midnight blue, navy blue, peacock blue, powder blue, Prussian blue, royal blue, sapphire, saxe blue, sky blue, slate blue, steel blue, turquoise or ultramarine.

Another like brown leaves that fall to an autumn ground. Maybe shades of auburn, bay, bronze, burnt sienna, burnt umber, caramel, chestnut, chocolate, copper, hazel, henna, khaki, liver, mahogany, mocha, mousy, nut-brown, roan, russet, sorrel, tan, tawny, umber or walnut are present. Have you seen even some people have eyes so light, they seem transparent like cream, eggshell, ivory, magnolia, off-white, oyster, pearl, platinum and silver? A tint of lemon, canary yellow, champagne, chrome yellow, citrine, citron, flaxen, lemon yellow, mustard or saffron being the darkest seen colour in some eyes.

Then, others have the very opposite of dark eyes that look blue-black, coal black, ebony, inky, jet black, pitch-black, raven and sable. Some are grey like when you’re out at see by ship and a fog is blown in. Others as ash, battleship grey, charcoal grey, dove grey, gunmetal, pearl grey, pewter, putty, silver grey, slate, steel-grey and taupe.

Someone else would then have eyes seeming almost edible like a green apple. Some people have aquamarine, avocado, bottle green, chartreuse, emerald green, forest green, grass green, jade, jade green, lime green, Lincoln green, lovat, Nile green, olive green, pea green, sage green, sea green and viridian themes.

Now, people can change their eye colour with putting colour contact lens in, but why would you want to hide the natural beauty….

Eyes are just something you can't lie with, lolxprincess. That's the most attractive aspect of them. =] There is a skill which some very fine (but few) actors/actresses have mastered of which they can 'shild' their eyes from people looking into them and seeing 'in to their soul.'
soulofmusic, lovely put! =)

Eyes are more than organs, they are a way of sensing emotion. I'm a person who loves helping others with emotions. that's where eyes come in. They help me understand how that person is truly feeling. The colors just add in the beauty of the eyes.

i agree with anyod.
i can never stop staring at people eyes then they get freaked out.
but i hate when people are looking at me, i feel as if there trying to posess my soul.

I love that shade of blue. =) Of course, you wouldn't be PhedoRuka if you didn't. ;]

One of my friends has lapis lazuli eyes,he's gorgeous with them.
Mine are black.

Hehe, that's only 1 billionth of the colours you get (that are even named). =) Some peope are very intimidating if you look into their eyes. I think it has to do with the colour as well because when we see somethign we're not used to, we kind of feel 'scared' or it at first. I suppose we like looking at other peope, but not have them look at us?

wow...never ever before have read or heard of so many colours...eyes` shadows....and yes i find it really amazing as look into someone`s eyes...i just can`t do it for long... because i feel that the person i am talking to enters to my soul so deeply that he/she could read my thoughts...
