Let's Walk Through Life Feeling Content...

I love feeling content and satisfied with life. I rarely feel completely content or at ease since I'm always thinking about upcoming problems. I've noticed that mediation helps me finally feel content and relaxed. It's the best feeling ever! I can just let go for a while. Also, I feel content when my boyfriend holds me in his arms. I know, I'm completely corny! Homework keeps me from feeling content. When I have a break from school, I feel tons better than usual. College sucks,

contentment doesn't...

Contentment is a wonderful thing! I found that meditation helps me find my balance as well. In addition to that, I've started learning Tai-Chi off a DVD, because a lot of meditation is very static, but it's nice to have something that complements that. Meditation in motion, so to speak. I'll say this about thinking about upcoming problems though... unless you're thinking constructively about them, analysing and planning out a course of action, there's no point burning energy on the future like that! Not when it sounds like you have some lovely corners of existance to yourself. Procrastination might have killed the cat, but pointless fretful worry killed the human ;)
