I Disagree That Hunger Is The Key For Good Figure
I hear this a lot but actually i started losing weight by just eating small portions of everything every 2-3 hours means I eat at least 6 times a day and i found this is helping me to lose weight!
No Dukan, no Atkins no anti-carbs diets, no hunger - I afford everything that comes to my mind in small portions and its working
I think that every food element of the food pyramid is important to our body functioning properly, so when you following atkins diet for example you make your body not accepting important vitamins that hise in beans, corn and so on elements that also happened to be proteins somehow...
Even chocolate has something that is needed for the body... so i say proudly that I love food and i find the millions of diets most of them unhealthy
