Summer Workouts

Soo summer workout have started for the highschool team. I hate to say but i can't believe how weak and out of shape I've gotten. The other day we were running 100s and i was worn out I normally barely have trouble. The we went into the weight room I had to do the 175 workout on bench instead of the 210. Then on squat day I did the 270 instead of the 320. I guess thats what not working out does for you. And also if your wondering I'm a lineman
