A series of documentaries where a group of British children from several social backgrounds are followed every 7 years.

I've seen up to 35 up and can't wait for the last two parts. How else can you watch several real lives pass before you? Some aspects of the protagonists lives have relevance to yours in a specific way, all of them in a general way.

Like the films repeatedly say "give me a child when he is seven, and I will give you the man".

    The Up documentaries are quite incredible. I think if watched with an open and reflective mind, they can be subtly life changing, it is a profound experience to see life unfold, and understand how the passing present comes to be, from the highs to the lows, and the journeys in between.



    I've not yet seen any of the spin-offs that have been done for countries other than the UK, but I'm sure they're just as interesting.
