Slow Down

I'm the type of person who thinks about things thoroughly and constantly. It's honestly to the point at times that I will think about something so long that I initially wanted to do that I will talk myself out of doing things and taking chances which I regret later not taking. What this movies points out most plainly to me is that fact that I need to not think about things as much as I do. Forrest's mental handicap turns out to be his greatest asset. It is because he tries everything someone puts his way that he is able to accomplish so much with his life. An it makes sense. When I see this movie it just reminds me that I need to not block so many things out of my life when they come along, because you never know how it will turn out in the end.
