Bat **** Crazy
Apparently that’s me; I think I have been insulted!
Anyway I have been discussing this in detail with the people who actually know me…. Just to reconcile it in my mind. Here we go with the reactions:

My colleague at work: ‘yes, they know you really well’
My niece: ‘ha ha’
School friends:’ How rude indeed! Surely it should have been just "crazy"’
:’Nononono. It's «original», «unique», or at worst «eccentric», dear.’
My ex: ‘strangely accurate’
My ex pupil: ‘well you used to give us bits of your sandwich for getting full marks on a spelling test…’

But this is from one of my best girls……’ was it by a member of the bat society? I used to be in that and they know their stuff when it comes to bat droppings. Perhaps a compliment?’

One friend actually found me some pictures of bat ****…. So we could mediate on its craziness….

Chaos being the natural state of things how can bat **** be defined as crazy???

In addition to being ‘bat **** crazy’ I have also been recently described as being a ‘Bimbo Nazi’.

I have a degree, a professional qualification, a master’s degree and I’m left wing. Clearly Bimbo Nazi is an accurate description.

I like the bats in the belfry insult better because it makes sense. How can one think straight with bats tumbling over and under in the poor brain... err belfry?

I find it as a fun compliment. It might be called an insult, but can't find it any degrading at all. In fact I'm finding you fun and smart. And so genuine.

Well since I have an interest in dialects, I would say bat **** crazy comes from the southern US, most likely the southwest... where guano is plentiful.
I would think crazier than a shithouse rat... which I have heard... to be worse though I would think that is open to interpretation.
Bimbo Nazi... trying to reconcile that one in my head. Other than some terrible naziploitation films in the 70s, you can look them up, better yet don't. I can't seem to put it together. And with you not hardly. You are not a nazi and far from a bimbo. Your degrees and belts proof otherwise.

  Well I dunno.... they are claiming to be a professor of psychology, currently holding the chair at Yale..... but maybe that's a fib ;) I think you maybe right in your location guess.... If I was insulting someone maybe I'd say 'you..... YOU.... (*pointing finger).....are a manky mardy 'oss' - this would immediately reveal my birthplace.
  I am a bimbo nazi because I commented on a story where the 'woman' (i always doubt the actual sex of some of these characters) was suggesting you should only submit/have sex with a man who could fulfill a list of financial needs (which she then lists). I asked whats the difference between this and prostitution.... Just curious... I mean really - what is this thing 'love?'

I totally cracked up at "Bimbo nazi! I have been called a bimbo on ep more then once....airhead, ditz and primadonna has made it to me too..... but the best one was a girl who called me a filth spoiled ***** cause I love having monogamous sex with my own husband........Ya gotta love some of these folks.....I am thinking that there is more then one lab filled with scientists who would LOVE to study them and try to find out where their brain went after it leaked out of their butts!! :D

  You know....you get the worse because it IS with your husband..... they find your happiness and joy in life offensive..... cos they are right saddos..... Isnt it so incredibly shallow and sad.

  I will totally let you borrow the primadonna name anytime you want too...I am a total share bear!! It totally is sad when folks hate on other folks cause they keep their nose outta trouble and their fun parts in a BED with their very own husband..... I feel like my mom when I say..."What the heck is this world coming too!!!" :D OK so typing that totally cracked me up!! but it is kinda true!
