Gaming Helps With Pain

If you have read anything i have written, then you will know about my life in pain. If not, i have Disc Degenerative Disease, and suffer with chronic Lower back pain, and Sciatica. I can hardly walk, and live in agony day to day.(read my blog for more info)

Basically i just want to say how much gaming has helped take my mind off my problems from time to time. Gaming just helps me put the pain to the back of my mind.

It's not a cure, and yes i still feel it, but it brings the level down a notch or 2.

I have a ps2, a xbox 360 and a Nintendo wii.

I love the xbox 360, and although i can't play the wii properly, i still enjoy it, and can manage the odd game on wii sports, but only standing still.
