I Love Gnocchi

My Mom's Were The Best!!

The gnocchi my Mom made were perfect.  They were always the perfect consistency, always light and fluffy.  Of course my Mom's pasta sauce was pretty amazing too, and the gnocchi with sause was one of our favourite Sunday meals.
Gosh I miss my Mom and her cooking.  I'll have to try to recreate her gnocchi ... to see if you she actually taught me anything.

    ...or rather I should say '... to see whether I learned anything from her.' Of course, she taught me everything she could ... both my parents did. I am who I am becasue of their love and nurturing (and my Mom's gnocchi heehee)
