I Love Good Beer
I rarely drink...never really had much interest in alcohol but once there was a restaurant in my home town that served their own beers. They had unusual flavors. Can't remember what they were although my friends would each order their favorite or different new flavors and share tastes.
I just remember the darker it was the more I was apt to like it and chocolate beer..oh my......not sweet at all but very rich and full ....dark and delish....oh that with anything slapped on their home made toasted rye bread was sheer perfection.
There was a room where you could sit surrounded by enormous vats of the latest brews. We didn't go there often enough. Its long since gone....burned to the ground late one winter night.
