Trying Local Brews

I am doing some independent research on local brews in the area.

There are a few breweries where I live, St. George and O'Connor breweries are the 2 biggest.

I am concentrating on IPAs right now but have listed some other ales that I have enjoyed. My thoughts:
St. George English IPA - good taste, but way too foamy out of the bottle. This needs work
St. George Nut Brown Ale - I like this. Reminds me of the brown ales you can get in the UK. Tasty, not bitter.
St. George Winter Scotch Ale - My favorite. A darker ale that is mellow on the tongue.

O'Connor Norfolk Canyon Pale Ale - A very good IPA. Crisp taste and a clean finish. Great for watching a baseball game.
O'Connor Green Can Golden Ale - a little light for my taste but they get points for the nautical theme.

There are others. This is just a start. Just so you know there is some rigor in this analysis the standard is Dogfish 60 Minute IPA. A good friend turned me on to that beer and I have been hooked since.
