For The Love Of All Things Unibroue...

If I could write Odes to La Fin Du Monde, I would.  But then there is Maudite, Trois Pistoles etc etc.  I have found they have ruined me for other beers. And I have tried a LOT of beers.  Have spent years traveling, sampling breweries, living in two of the largest per capita brewing cities in the world, find that no matter what I taste, what I enjoy, at the end of the day I find myself straying to the Unibroue four packs.

smooth like a true bitter, delicate hops, well rounded, goes with anything you cook, thick enough to be a breakfast beer, relaxed, yet high enough in alcohol content you don't find yourself wading through a full pack or similar...

Unibroue - is that a brewery then?

Yeah, they do a really good job with their flavors. Intense and unique.

Unibroue sponsers a beer festival in the fall and offer samples of their delightful beers. They have an entertainment stage and performers sing and play some of the traditional folk music. It's outside of Montreal and Near the brewery there is a great restaurant you can enjoy their beers and wonderful dishes made with their beer styles.

drink less, drink better. just be sure you drink them from a proper glass.
