Recommendation Like Sam Adams DB

Recently tried Samuel Adams' Double Bock (Imperial Series) and really liked it. Anyone familiar with this one and have some recommendations for other similar ones to try? thx

    No, but I like their Octoberfest. I also like Bass Ale, especially on tap. Blue Moon is pretty good too.

      Agree with the Octoberfest but I'm not with the majority on Blue Moon. Everyone's head of heels for it in our area but I've never been a big wheat beer fan.

    I haven't tried that Sam Adams variety. Sounds like I should though.

    I saw a commercial on Superbowl for a new Budweiser Black Crown. I'm wondering what that is like.

      Yeah, try it if you like darker, heavier beers... it's the kind you can't really drink much more than 1 or 2 of in a sitting tho.

      Marketing at it's best! I saw the Black Crown commerical too and thought I might try it. Most of the reviews weren't very favorable except for those coming from regular Budweiser fans. I don't care for Bud (it's a headache in a can to me) so I'm going to hold off.
