My Darlings

I have had three lovely guinea pigs in my life. My first two were called Podge and Piglet and I remember coming back from school when I was about 8 to discover that my parents had finally got my brother and I the little animals we had been dreaming of for so long! I was ecstatic. Podge was black and white and Piglet was gold/orange and white. They were just the cutest things ever. We would spend hours with those guys, just curled up on the sofa holding them and when they died, I was devastated.
Two years ago, my neighbor's boyfriend got her a guinea pig who turned out to be pregnant and when I found out I immediately asked if I could have one. Sure enough, I got my lovely little Mouik-Mouik around christmas. She's the loveliest little thing, very naughty and feisty though.
I don't know what it is about guinea pigs but I find them so adorable. They make the cutest squeaks and their faces are just so lovely.
