I Love Having a Fan On When I Sleep
I've always had a fan on when I sleep, as far back as I can remember, and more often than not, it was a ceiling fan. It just needs to be enough to keep the air moving, circulating, to keep it from becoming stagnat.
The fan doesn't even need to be blowing /on/ me, it just needs to be blowing.
