Invest both time and a sensible amount of cash in them. You've got to take your time and practice, nobody takes to heels immediately. Also for a better fit, pick a mid-range leather shoeboot with a 2-3 inch heel, the leather over time will give and form to your feet providing a more comfortable fit and the low cut boot provides more support. Also don't pick the pointy toe shoes, they're harder to walk in and are less generous fit.

sweey u need to practice in your room with 3" heels then when you get confident enough you go up to 4" then 5" till you can master 6" heels!

I agree, that you have to start with a lower heel and work your way up. When you see a woman walking confidently in her high heels she isn't wearing them for the first time, she's worn heels for quite a while. You'll be amazed at how fast you'll be able to walk in high heels, just take the first step.

All you have to do is start with a low heel and step up slowly. It is just that easy.

It just takes practice, and not very much. Once you get used to them it will feel funny walking without them.
