Oh Boy

I think I love him, and we're not even dating!! I've me we felt like this about anyone before! he keeps sending me mixed signals, I don't know how he feels about me, but I think I might love him. its difficult because he is my best friends brother, and they dont get along, but he flirts with me a lot! my other friend told him I like him, I'm so embarrassed and nervous! I'm seeing him tomorrow night, should I make a move? or play it cool ...?! advice anyone? :/
